MENTOR

Mentor Sweden is a Swedish NGO established in 1994 working with a sole focus on health promotion and prevention of drug abuse among children and young people. The target groups are kids between 13-17, parents with children 6-18 years and schools. Mentor Sweden was founded by H.R.H. Queen Silvia of Sweden and is part of the International Mentor Foundation.
Johan Ernst Nilson is Ambassador for Mentor and has been involved in the charity since many years to give lectures and to motivate children in schools all over Sweden.
In partnership with Swedish corporations like H&M, EF and SEB, Mentor Sweden manages three key programs: Mentoring, Parenting and Inspiration activities that create study motivation, among other. The activities aim to prevent abuse by building relationships between young people and adults.

“The most important mission for us adults today is to give the kids the power to grow and faith in the future.
Johan Ernst shows the kids how important it is to have dreams and that goals can become reality!”
